MOD Private Finance Unit Operational Report

The PFI Operational Projects Review was initiated by MOD Private Finance Unit (MOD PFU) in August 2005 to assess how Private Finance Initiative (PFI) has performed to date in practice, both in construction and the early years of operation within the MOD. The structure of the review was developed with the National Audit Office (NAO) and Partnerships UK and had the full support of 2nd PUS.
