Judicial fees and salaries 2008-09

Judge in Court

Published on: 27 June 2008

Tables showing judicial salaries and fees for 2008-09 following the government's acceptance of the recommendations of the Senior Salaries Review Body.

The report of the Senior Salaries Review Body, published on 17 June 2008, recommended an increase amounting to approximately 2.5% for judicial salaries (although the recommendation for office holders in Group 6.2 was a little lower, at around 2%).

The revised rates of remuneration arising from this are set out in the document below. There are no changes in the composition of the groups. The document also includes fees for fee-paid judiciary and tribunal appointments.
