A consultation on how health and social care services can be improved for people subject to the criminal justice system. This is a joint initiative between the Department of Health, the Department of Children, Schools and Families, the Ministry of Justice, the Youth Justice Board and the Home Office. Between them, these government departments and agencies have responsibility for health, social care and all the component services within the criminal justice system.
