The Criminal Procedure Rules 2010 came into force on 5 April 2010.
Some rules were amended, replaced or omitted by The Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2010 and by The Criminal Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2010.
The list below sets out the Rules in Part order and provides access to the fully updated, current text of each Part as in force from 4 April 2011.
