Ministry of Justice

Public data

Court costs

The government has set out the need for departments to give free access to a greater range of data and information.

The aim is to enable the public to hold politicians and public bodies to account, to deliver better value for money in public spending and to give businesses and non-profit organisations new opportunities to create products and services using public data.

In response to the government's 'Transparency Agenda' the department is pleased to release the following new information. More will be added over time as the agenda develops, and this information is in addition to the range of statistics and other information that can be found under the publications section of this website.
