The Departmental Board

It is chaired by the Secretary of State and its membership includes the Ministerial Team, the Permanent Secretary, Director General Finance, Director General Transforming Justice and the Departmental Non-Executive Board Members.

In addition the Permanent Secretary will chair the Executive Management Board (EMB) which is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Department. The EMB is attended by Directors General.
