o        Side Obstacle Warning

The aim of the event was to present the results of the various regional field tests.

The event aimed to achieve similar goals to the ones pursued by the European Field Operational Tests (FOTs). A European FOT delegation, including the European Commission, Dutch ministry and ERTICO-ITS Europe, met with ITS Japan in order to identify ways to strengthen the collaboration between FOT activities in Japan and Europe.
