eSafety has produced a 20-page summary document, which gives an accessible overview of the proposed COMeSafety European ITS Communications Architecture.

The document’s full title is “European Communications Architecture for Co-operative Systems - A Key Enabler for the Development and Wide-Scale Deployment of Co-operative Systems for Safe and Environmentally Sustainable Transport in Europe”. It can be downloaded here.
