The latest National Statistics on insolvencies produced by The Insolvency Service (an Executive Agency of BIS) are released on 6th November 2009 according to the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.  

Statistics on quarterly insolvencies for the UK are published for the period from Q1 1999 up to Q3 2009 and include headline figures for England and Wales covering personal insolvencies, made up of bankruptcies, individual voluntary arrangements (IVAs) and debt relief orders (DROs), and company liquidations, consisting of compulsory liquidations and creditors voluntary liquidations (CVLs) 

These statistics report on the period July – September 2009 and update those previously released on 7^th August.
