Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2010

The Scotland Act 1998 reserved legislative responsibility for Scottish administrations and company voluntary arrangements to the UK Parliament. To ensure that these procedures remain aligned with their counterparts in England & Wales following changes brought about by the Modernisation Project, the Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2010 will amend the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, commencing 6 April 2010. A link to the rules on the OPSI website is given below, as is a stakeholder commentary produced by the Insolvency Service detailing the changes being made.
