31.10 Introduction

This chapter brings together advice and information relating to those assets that do not fall easily into other asset related chapters of the Technical Manual.  The chapter does not intend to be an exhaustive list of every type of asset that Official Receivers may encounter, but does provide information relating to those assets that the Official Receiver is more likely to encounter, together with information regarding their protection and realisation.

 

The chapter is divided into parts as follows:

Part 1 – General assets – (paragraph 31.10.1 to 31.10.48)

Part 2 – Intellectual property and other intangible assets  – (paragraph 31.10.49 to 31.10.128)

Part 3 – Assets from other insolvency proceedings – (paragraph 31.10.123 to 31.10.136)

CVA – Company voluntary arrangement
