Annual Report: HMP Leyhill - 2001/02
The Board reports a year of significant progress following a Standards Audit, a fullannounced inspection by HMCIP and a Staff Efficiency Review by MCS. The firstinspections took place within 6 months of the Governor�s appointment (Apr 2001).In Nov 2001 PSO (Prison Service Order) 2300 on Resettlement was published. This has been theplatform guiding the development of Stage 2 resettlement at HMP Leyhill reinforced by therecommendations of the HMCIP report published in March 2002.
