HMP Latchmere House, Ham Common, Richmond, Surrey is an adult male prison and has continued itsrole as a Resettlement Establishment. The proposal that it be re-categorised as a semi -openestablishment has been confirmed. The CNA at the end of October 2002 was 196 with occupancygenerally averaging 96%.The Board of Visitors consisted of twelve members for the whole year, two below our allowablecomplement.
