Annual Report: HMP Frankland - 2001/02
This report notes the activities and observations of the Board of Visitors (BoV) on theoperations of HMP Frankland for the year to August 2002. The fo rmat of the reportfollows that of last year whereby key issues (sections 2-4) highlighted by the Board aresupported by more detailed comments on each area of operation within theestablishment (section 5-8). A final section (9) addresses the work and fut ure of theBoard.
