Introduction

The Industrial Injuries Advisory Council (IIAC) is a scientific advisory body that provides independent advice to the Secretary of State for the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department of Social Development in Northern Ireland on matters relating to the Industrial Injury Disablement Benefit scheme.
