Service Delivery 

The Home Office Public Service Agreement (PSA) sets the priorities for the Home Office over each Spending Review period. The PSA targets express the priorities in objective terms that make transparent the level of ambition and allow for progress to be monitored by the public, central government, the Home Office and its delivery partners. The technical notes, below, define the terms used in the Home Office PSA targets, how progress will be measured and the success criteria for each target.

Sustainable Development
