Drugs Branch Licensing and Inspectorate Code of Practice

The Drugs Branch is the UK's competent authority for the purposes of the United Nations Conventions on controlled drugs. Any companies intending to possess, supply, produce or manufacture controlled drugs will need to apply to the Drugs Branch for the appropriate licence.
