UK Borders Bill - RIA
The aim of the UK Borders Bill is to provide the new Border and Immigration Agency with the tools it needs to police UK borders, tackle immigration crime and create an unfriendly environment for those who would abuse the UK's hospitality.
The areas covered by this regulatory impact assessment are proposals relating to:
- border and identity management
- detection and enforcement
- deportation and restriction
