This Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) examines the impact of the introduction of new accounting and reporting Regulations to replace those currently placed on charities in England and Wales by The Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2000 SI 2868 and The Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 1995 SI 2724.
