Asset Recovery Action Plan
This consultation seeks views on the Asset Recovery Action Plan. The proposals outlined in the plan include new powers to build on our efforts in the recovery of criminal assets.
The consultation is aimed at everyone with an interest in the recovery of criminal assets, as well as criminal justice. Feedback is welcomed from other government departments, interested organisations and members of the public.
