Copying Passenger Documentation: A Voluntary System For Carriers

The purpose of this consultation document is to provide stakeholders with an opportunity to comment on proposals to set up a voluntary scheme, which will involve carriers copying the relevant page(s) (including photograph) of the passports of UK bound passengers at the time of check–in / boarding on selected routes.
