  This document summarises the responses received from interested parties to a consultation paper on a European Commission proposal for a Framework Decision on the European Evidence Warrant (EEW). The consultation paper was published on 26 March this year and circulated to 26 interested organisations in addition to being published on the Home Office web site. Responses were received from 13 organisations or individuals, as set out below. We are grateful for the time and effort taken by these respondents in commenting on the European Commission’s draft proposals.
