PROTOCOL to the CONVENTION on MUTUAL ASSISTANCE in CRIMINAL MATTERS between the MEMBER STATES of the EUROPEAN UNION: PARTIAL REGULATORY IMPACT ASSESSMENT
The purpose of this letter is to invite comments on the Partial Regulatory Impact Assessment of the implementation of the Protocol to the Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters between the Member States of the European Union. Mutual Legal Assistance is the formal process by which states request and provide assistance in gathering evidence from one state to assist in criminal proceedings in another.
