Freedom of information in the CRB

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives anybody the right to access information held by public authorities. In this section you can search through previous requests, or find out how to make a new request.

All public authorities have obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. When responding to requests, they have to follow a number of set procedures.
