Pay Queries: Home Office Pay Service

The Pay Service provides payroll administration services to staff in the Home Office, its agencies and non-departmental public bodies.

If you work for the Home Office or one of its bodies and have a pay query please contact your human resources or personnel office in the first instance. 

If you work in:

Other pay queries

If you work in the Department for Work and Pensions, or the Child Support Agency and you require confirmation of earnings for an employee of the Home Office, please send your request by fax, using the following numbers, and quoting full name and national insurance number:
