The Career Development and Assessment unit works on four work streams:
- Learning Development, to enable all staff to have the necessary skills and expertise to perform to their potential
- Assessment Consultancy, which runs assessment centres
- Career Development, identifying and promoting talent
- Investors in People reaccreditation
