Home Office IT provide a range of information and communication technology (ICT) services across the Home Office and to other departments and non-departmental public bodies.

We support more than 25,000 customers with desktops, laptops, fixed and mobile telephones, secure radio communications and other technology. We also support mobile working and wireless laptops, Remote Access (RAS), 3G and Blackberry services in addition to hosting a large number of business applications - including case-working, biometric storage and matching.

These applications and services are managed at all levels of security and all are protected to government security standards.

Many of our services are available nationally and internationally, 24 hours a day, to support the work of the Home Office and the wider government community.
