This delivery agreement outlines how Treasury Group will identify, achieve and monitor Value for Money savings in the Comprehensive Spending Review period. It has been revised to take account of changes announced in Budget 2009.
Treasury Group published its first VfM Delivery Agreement and Asset Management Strategy in December 2007. This new version updates the VfM Delivery Agreement section of that document.
