The Treasury today published the Public Expenditure Outturn White Paper (Cm 7419) showing provisional outturn for Departmental Expenditure Limits (DEL) and Annually Managed Expenditure (AME) in 2007-08 including information on individual Estimates, near-cash and administration budget limits.
The overall position for 2007-08 shows provisional outturn for DEL of £309.692 billion resources and £44.123 billion capital.
Total entitlements for carry forward of End Year Flexibility into 2008-09 amount to £13.057 billion resources and £6.768 billion capital.
