The Treasury today published the Public Expenditure Outturn White Paper (Cm 6883) showing provisional outturn for Departmental Expenditure Limits (DEL) and Annually Managed Expenditure (AME) in 2005-06 including information on individual Estimates and administration cost limits. The White Paper also includes details of carry forward into 2006-07 under the DEL end year flexibility (EYF) scheme.
The overall position for 2005-06 shows provisional outturn for DEL of £276,522 million resources and £36,245 million capital.
Total entitlements for carry forward of End Year Flexibility into 2006-07 amount to £6.0 billion capital and £9.4 billion resources.
