Public Service Agreement Performance

MINISTRY OF DEFENCE

Target: Recruit, train, motivate and retain the personnel needed to meet the manning requirements of the Armed Forces, so that by the end of 2004, the Royal Navy and RAF achieve, and thereafter maintain, manning balance, and that by the end of 2005 the Army achieves, and thereafter maintains manning balance.
