This is the thirty-second bulletin covering developments on the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).

Now that our team has completed its task of implementing the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, it is time for us to disband. Our final day is Friday 6th September. A full set of the secondary legislation we have made and laid over the past 18 months can be found on the Treasury’s website in Financial Services and Markets Act Section.

This is not, however, the final bulletin. From Monday 9 September, our colleagues in the Financial Stability and Markets (FSM) team will take over continuing responsibility for the bulletin and for enquiries about the FSMA legislation.
