Laying of secondary legislation under the FSMA

SI 2002 No.2157 The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion)(Amendment)(Electronic Commerce Directive) Order 2002 was made on 20 August 2002 in the form approved in draft by Parliament, and comes into effect on 21 August 2002. It is the final SI required to implement the E-Commerce Directive.
