Sustainable Public Finances: Convergence Programme for the UK submitted in line with the Stablility and Growth Pact, December 2003
The 2003 Convergence Programme was published on 10 December 2003. The document is available below together with a copy of the Chancellor's letter to Pedro Solbes, member of the European Commission responsible for Economic and Monetary Affairs. The updated Convergence Programme is subject to the usual Parliamentary scrutiny and approval.
