Resource Accounting & Budgeting Implementation Group (RABIG) letters
The RABIG was established at the start of the project to implement resource accounting and budgeting. The group comprises representatives from entities who follow the Government Financial Reporting Manual (FReM) and that HMT consults on the proposed application of accounting standards in government and other related issues, prior to these issues being considered by the Financial Reporting Advisory Board.
