Supply Estimates Guidances Manual
This manual is intended to serve as a practical reference guide for anyone with direct or indirect responsibility for the Supply Estimates process. It is aimed directly at officials in government departments but should also be of use to those in arms-length public bodies, to the National Audit Office, to Parliament, or indeed to anyone with an interest in the process by which Parliament authorises the Government's expenditure plans.
