FSMA two year review:  promotions to high net worth and sophisticated investors

The Financial Secretary to the Treasury, Ruth Kelly MP, announced as part of her statement to Parliament on the two year review of FSMA that the Treasury would consider whether further steps were possible to reduce the extent of financial services regulation on promotions to high net worth and sophisticated investors.
