FINANCIAL SERVICES AND MARKETS ACT 2000: RECENT DEVELOPMENTS
Bulletin number 25 from HM Treasury
This is the twenty fifth bulletin covering developments on the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).
Relocation of FSMA material on HM Treasury’s website
We have rationalised the location of material on FSMA on the Treasury’s website. It is now located alongside other financial services material instead of being accessed via the consultations section of the website.
The FSMA material can be accessed by clicking on the following links in the navigation menu:
Treasury website: documents: financial services: regulating financial services: Financial Services and Markets Act. FSMA material is then divided into legislation, progress reports and current consultations (which links to consultations on all Treasury matters including any relating to FSMA).
A hyperlink to the new location of the FSMA material is provided below:
http://www.hm-treasury.gov.uk/Documents/Financial_Services/Regulating_Financial_Services/fsma
For the time being we are also maintaining a link to the FSMA material through the consultations section. This can be accessed as follows:
HM Treasury website: consultations: legislation index: Financial Services and Markets Act. The hyperlink is below:
