This is the twenty first bulletin covering developments on the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).
The Treasury’s website has been updated in two ways which we hope users will find helpful. A composite version of the Financial Promotion Order has been placed in the statutory instruments section of the website. A composite of the Regulated Activities Order was placed there a few weeks ago.
We have also updated the table of secondary legislation. We will in due course also provide this table ordered by FSMA section number rather than by subject.
