Proposals for a UK Regulated Covered Bonds legislative framework
HM Treasury has developed proposals for a legislative framework to establish a UCITS compliant covered bonds regime in the UK - UK Regulated Covered Bonds. The joint consultation with the FSA contains the proposals for both the legislative framework and FSA guidance on its implementation of the regime.
