Secondary legislation for Home Reversions and Ijara home financing arrangements
A written ministerial statement has today announced that the Treasury is publishing secondary legislation to introduce FSA regulation of activities relating to Home Reversions and Ijara home financing arrangements.
This announcement follows a Treasury consultation on these proposals earlier this year. The Treasury is publishing a Regulatory Impact Assessment and a Response to the consultation.
