Investment Trust Companies
The Government is today publishing a tax framework which will deliver a new tax regime to enable Investment Trust Companies to invest in interest bearing assets tax efficiently.
These proposals follow the package of measures to improve asset management taxation which were announced in Budget 2008.
The Government seeks industry's views on this tax framework by Wednesday 22 October 2008.
