DETAILS OF THE AMENDMENTS
2. Amendment 203 deletes the existing subsection (7) of clause 96, because Scottish Ministers will not be able to effect the end of feudal tenure under the Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc (Scotland) Act 2000 on a date before the Finance Bill receives the Royal Assent.
3. Amendment 204 makes a minor change to the wording in subsection (9) of clause 96 more closely to reflect the wording used in the Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc (Scotland) Act 2000.
