Proposed product specifications for Sandler “stakeholder” products: consultation.
This consultation sets out the Government’s proposals for a set of simple, low cost, risk-controlled “stakeholder” investment products. It thereby takes forward one of the principal recommendations of the Sandler review of retail financial services, which was published in July 2002.
The Treasury would be grateful for comments on the proposals. They should be sent by 2nd May 2003 to the following address:
