This consultation document sets out the Treasury's proposals for implementing Directive 2001/17/EC on the reorganisation and winding-up of insurance undertakings, in relation to the Lloyd's market. Implementation for other insurance undertakings has already been achieved through the Insurers (Reorganisation and Winding-Up) Regulations 2004. The consultation closes on 11 March 2005
