Spending Review

The Voluntary and Community Sector Team in the Treasury would like to thank everyone who contributed to the success of the Cross Cutting Review – including those who sat on the steering groups and various working groups, submitted submissions and provided case studies.
The challenge now is to continue to work together to ensure that the recommendations of the Review are fully implemented. We shall be working closely with the Active Community Unit in the Home Office, who have lead responsibility for implementation. But we also hope that the robust dialogue between government and the VCS, which was an enriching feature of the Review, can be sustained through the process of implementation.
