Your performance and development needs are assessed throughout the year. This includes self-assessment, set alongside regular discussions with your manager. These reviews give you the chance to discuss your strengths and development needs, decide where further training could help, and agree how to progress to meet your aims and objectives.
Successful candidates who join us permanently, or on fixed term contracts will be expected to serve a probation period of one year. If your performance is good (meeting your manager’s expectations for performing and developing in the job) and you are doing what you can to meet any development needs, your permanent or fixed term appointment will be confirmed on your one year anniversary.
