HR Manager (Customer Services)
£24,000 - £32,000
Working from a customer services perspective, you will be responsible for creating a high quality customer focused HR advice and support service. Accountabilities will include line managing an HR contact and administration team, monitoring the deliver of the HR service against SLAs and identifying service delivery improvement opportunities. Coaching HR and business colleagues on the full range of HR operational issues will also play an important role.
Your MCIPD status and experience of managing a professional HR team puts you in the ideal position to lead this new HR advice and support service team.
You'll need substantial HR experience across a range of disciplines, including customer relationship management. A problem solver with the ability to make decisions independently, your well-honed interpersonal skills will include strengths in line management, influencing, motivating and coaching others.
The role can be based in London or Norwich, but regular travel between locations is essential.
