You will act as customer liaison between HR and the business and help to provide HR solutions tailored to their needs. In addition to developing your knowledge and experience across the range of HR disciplines, we'll also encourage you to develop in an area of special interest. You'll handle casework and provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues as necessary.
You'll have strong interpersonal, influencing and customer service skills. A CIPD qualification is desirable. Roles can be based in London or Norwich, but occasional travel between locations will be required.
