Reforming Arm's Length Bodies (ALBs) sets out a clear plan of action to introduce tough new requirements governing the foundation, acitivities, transparency and management of ALBs.

This document sets out a wide-ranging series of reform for ALBs, improving value for money and ensuring public services can be delivered more effectively.
